Making sense of our users and their workflows
As the data was collected, we made sense of what we learned about our merchants with techniques like:
Personas - to group emerging patterns
CJMs - to understand merchant's end-to-end workflow
Workflow documentation - to 'see' what other interfaces merchants were exposed to as part of their work and leisure
*Actual research documents and full findings have been omitted to comply with NDA agreements.

Optometrist app. This UI design was for Australia-based TeleMedC's EyeScan R2. As it was for an actual product, we had to ensure it met all usability and accessibility standards.  You can find out more about the product at TeleMedC
Personal work. Concept for a VPN/Antivirus website. I was exploring gradients and glows
Personal work. Concept for a webpage for a tech hardware product. I was exploring gradients and glows
Personal work. Concept for a running app which uses 'mission' to motivate users to run.
Personal work.  Concept for an interactive touchscreen for a possible museum exhibit targetted at children and their parents. Users would learn about the universe as if they were Star Trekkies embarking on a mission.
Personal project. Art and UI for a Christmas themed mini-game which I single-handedly designed and coded. Players choose a Santa avatar and play by catching/avoiding falling games. Have a go on itch.io!
